Doctor CV Clinic provides independent CV diagnostics, editing and rewriting support for doctors and healthcare professionals. The service focuses on clarity, structure, role fit, chronology and professional presentation.
2. No guarantee of outcome
The service does not guarantee an interview, job offer, recruitment outcome, visa outcome, registration outcome or application success. Recruitment decisions are made by employers and relevant bodies.
3. Accuracy and probity
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete and honest. We will not knowingly invent, exaggerate or misrepresent your experience, qualifications, registration status, duties or achievements. You must check the final CV carefully before using it.
4. Independent service
Doctor CV Clinic is independent and is not affiliated with the NHS, GMC, NMC, HCPC, royal colleges, universities or employers unless expressly stated in writing.
5. Client information and documents
You must provide the information and documents needed to complete the service. Turnaround times begin only after payment and receipt of the necessary documents and intake information.
6. Revisions
Where a package includes a revision, it must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Revisions are limited to reasonable changes within the original scope and target role. A new target role, new document set or major change in direction may require a new fee.
7. Turnaround times
Any turnaround time stated on the website is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may occur where information is missing, unclear or received late.
8. Payment
Payment is required before work starts. Payment is processed by the payment provider. Card details are not stored by this website.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy. Because CV review and writing work is bespoke, refunds are limited once work has started.

The service is limited to CV review, editing and writing support. We are not responsible for employer decisions, missed deadlines caused by late or incomplete client information, or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client.
