Before work starts
If you cancel before work has started, you may request a refund. Payment processing fees may be deducted where they cannot be recovered.
After work has started
Once the CV diagnostic, edit or rewrite has started, refunds are not normally available because the service is bespoke and time has already been spent reviewing your documents.
Missing information
If you do not provide the documents or information needed to complete the service, we will contact you. If the information remains outstanding, the order may be paused or closed depending on the circumstances.
Revisions
Where a package includes a revision, it must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the original service scope and target role.
Quality concerns
If you believe there is a problem with the work delivered, contact us promptly with clear details. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, make corrections or offer a reasonable remedy.
No outcome-based refunds
Refunds are not given because an employer does not shortlist, interview or appoint you. Recruitment outcomes are outside the control of any CV service.
