Why we use your information

We use your information to provide the CV review, edit or rewrite service you have purchased, communicate with you, manage orders, keep business records, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.

Lawful basis

We usually process your information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, to take steps before entering into a service contract, to comply with legal duties, or because we have a legitimate interest in managing and improving the business.

Where information is stored

Client documents are stored in restricted-access Google Drive folders and order details are logged in Google Sheets (Google Workspace). Email is handled by Zoho Mail.
